1 can of Cream of Shrimp Soup
1 jar – 16oz Picante Sauce
1 pkg – 16oz Velveeta Cheese in 1” cubes
Place skillet on stove and pour in cream of shrimp soup and picante sauce. Stir and heat until bubbly. Add cheese cubes and stir until melted and blended well for a silky cheesy seafood sauce.
Ridiculously simple, the variations are countless with additional ingredients or simply serve over grilled, broiled, or baked fish. Great for a base Lobster Newburg or dressed up Seafood Mac-n-Cheese, too!
