Farm Bread Salad In A Skillet

JD makes his own farm bread, a mild sourdough, with a hard crust and a chewy texture inside. Inspired with a classic bread salad from that uses a skillet, sliced garlic, fresh cherry tomatoes and a splash of aged balsamic with fresh oregano, JD creates an exquisitely simple dinner entrée. This is a perfect way to showcase tomatoes and let your creativity sore. For extra texture and substance, JD often changes it up with the addition of pine nuts, olives, fresh mini-mozzarella balls, or crispy bacon!
